Payment must be made in 3 days time, else the order will be cancelled and the item returned to my inventory.

Vintage items are by definition, used and pre-loved. Therefore, it is safe to assume that there may be minor issues such as scratches, chipping, and wear. I do my best to disclose these and any other conditional issues, as well as any major repair work that I know has been done. Use the chart below to help understand my ratings of the condition of the piece. Use photos as part of the description and please ask any questions before buying!

Mint/Pristine/Perfect – Like new with no flaws or wear
Excellent – Used, with no noticeable flaws
Very Good – Minor flaws but no repairs needed
Good – Some wear, some flaws and/or optional repairs needed
Fair – Numerous flaws, repairs needed, fragile
Poor/As is – Extensive damage and in need of repairs and/or restoration if possible.

Colors can vary monitor to monitor and sometimes photographs don’t accurately portray the exact shades of the stones. Please allow for these slight variances.
In my descriptions, all sizing info is approximate.

Sterling – If an item is marked with sterling or .925, generally I don’t do acid testing. However, if I suspect a piece is sterling but not marked, I do perform the acid test to confirm and will note that in the description.
Karat Gold – Even if an item is marked with a karat number (10k, 14k, etc) I use the acid test to verify it is so, and will note that in the description.
Gemstones – I use a Presidium Gem Tester to identify real gemstones. It does not designate if the stone is lab created or natural, therefore I can’t be certain. Further, the PGT gives a range of stones based on the hardness of the stone being tested that it could be. Some are easily identified based on colors and patterns, others are not. All I can guarantee is that the stone is a real gemstone.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE POLICY
Buyer pays for shipping and insurance. The customer can decline insurance by checking the box on your invoice, however, in that case, we will not compensate for loss or damage to items not insured.

USPS is primarily used unless the buyer has other preferences. Shipment of items is usually 2 days or less. If you need special services, I will do my best to accommodate you. Just contact me with your needs. Actual costs will be determined.
Items will be sent to verified address on PayPal account.

All items are carefully packaged to insure safe arrival. In the event of an item damaged during transit, please contact me for information on insurance claims. Save all packing and product as they need to be available for the claim. Do not return the item to me unless requested. Thank You for understanding and please communicate with me as needed, as your satisfaction is very important.

Original shipping costs including insurance are not refundable along with any special requested services such as signature confirmation.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Buyer pays shipping and handling fees plus any additional insurance. Currently, we are using Priority mail which comes with $50 insurance coverage. Additional insurance coverage is noted in the listing. If packaging and postage have already been purchased, and seller is then notified of an error by customer regarding their address, an additional fee may apply to cover additional materials, repackaging, reprinting, etc. If package has already been sent, and is returned to us due to information error by customer, an additional fee for resending will be charged.
