Vintage Wallace Silversmiths Inc. Sterling "Romance of the Sea" Serving Spoon d.1950 (6.0oz). (W)3in. x (L)9in. Graceful swirls are exhibited throughout this Vintage Sterling Serving Spoon. It's lovely shell decor is expressed with eloquent lines and just enough patina to showcase the strong, Oceanic, theme. The Sterling is heavy, and rather dense; a sign of true quality. This beautiful, Sterling Spoon was likely used to serve Sea Foods or Pasta Dishes at formal dining occasions. The Sterling is great condition; and was clearly cared for well. The Spoon is stored in a dry, secured, environment, and will be a welcomed addition to any Sterling Flatware collection.
