Antique Hennegen & Bates Co. Repousse Sterling Bowl c.1880 (4.8oz) (W)6.5in. x (H)2in. This is a rather classy, Sterling Antique bowl. It's Repousse, floral, features encircle the bowl's, bright, reflective center; which has a monogrammed initial, lightly engraved into its face. The Sterling is in really good condition too, with only some slight dimpling to the inner crease. Considering the size of the Antique, the piece was likely used as a candy dish, or perhaps to serve as a nut bowl; where it would comfortably rest on any flat surface. The Antique Repousse Sterling Bowl was produced by the Hennegen-Bates Company of Baltimore, MD. The Antique Sterling Bowl is stored in a: dry, secured, environment and will look fantastic on any end table.
