Antique [.925] Sterling Silver Flask Cover c.1900 (2.1oz) (W)3in. x (L)4.75in. A beautiful Piece of Antique Sterling that will garner the attention of most; particularly those with an admiration for Antique Barware. This exquisite Antique Sterling Flask Cover exemplifies a variety of artistic influences with ornate craftsmanship, precision, and grace. Shop records indicate the Antique Flask Cover is of American origin, and has an approximate date of production set at or near the year of (1900). The Antique Flask Cover is composed of two, separate, ends. It's comprised of: thick, embossed, ornate, [.925], Sterling, Silver. The Sterling Flask Cover is generously covered in what's perhaps best defined as a Repousse-like pattern. As such, a floral theme is expressed in such a fashion that permits for an optimal, optical, experience. The interior of the Sterling is enriched by a Gilded coating that contrasts against the Silver exterior. The Flask Cover is styled in accordance to the Art Nouveau, artistic period; as well as exhibiting traits of varying Revivals, namely Baroque & Rococo, Victorian too.
