Vintage crystal commemorative glass box by Val St. Lambert M for the Tiffany and Co. in 1982. The commemorative box was made for the Treasures of Tiffany special exhibition by the Chicago Tribune at the Museum of Science and Industry collection of Charles Hosmer Morse Foundation. The glass box is 4 inches by 6 ½ inches and 1 ¾ inches tall with what looks like acid etched Cherry Blossoms motif on the lid. The bottom part of the glass box has: Chicago Tribune Presents the Treasuries of Tiffany Museum of Science and Industry June 9th 1982 from the collection of the Charles Hosmer Morse Foundation Inc. In one corner is acid etched Tiffany & Co. and in the middle top of the bottom is the trademark of Val St. Lambert M acid etched. The event was held from June 10th to November 14, 1982. This box is marked June 9th. Also, there is a flea bite on one corner of the lid which is hard to see and touch is the only way to find it.
