Vintage collectible Cleminson pottery co. miniature tote tray made during the 1941-63 period with hand painted floral motif. Cleminson pottery co. was a southern California pottery co. that was started by George and Betty Cleminson in their garage. The items they produced were hand painted. The bottom is marked with their green company mark. They closed their doors in 1963 because they could not compete price wise with imports and they did not want to reduce their quality to compete. This piece is in mint condition. It could be used as a toothpick holder, match holder, or just toss in coins.
