This vinaigrette cane features a lid that lifts off to reveal the patterned top. The top also screws off for the opening to hold the original sponge. There are eyelets to attach a wrist strap. There is some wear on the bottom of the shaft....common for a cane of this age. The shaft is made of rosewood and measures 32 inches long with a 2 inch brass ferrule with a steel tip. The cane is signed Godfrey Cooke inside of lid. Circa 1850. This cane is in good condition. Please contact our store to inquire about our large selection of additional canes.
