Tiffany Studios Abalone Pattern Bronze Desk Set with 22 Pieces
All are in very good condition with rubbed wear, oxidation, and scuffs commensurate with age. PLEASE NOTE THAT A few items are missing abalone decorative accent tablets, and that is noted and described below for each piece. I have not applied any chemical or cleaner or polish, but I have wiped down each piece with a soft cloth and I believe that they would polish beautifully. This is a rare opportunity to acquire an Abalone Tiffany Desk Set with this many pieces.
1. Abalone Paper Rack MISSING 11 abalone tablets with oxidation and natural patina. Marked on bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1151. 9.5" x 2.5" x 5.5"h
2. Abalone Letter Scale has some wear to the numbers in front, has some oxidation, natural patina. The scale works great! Marked on bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1170. 1.5" x 3" x 3.25"h
3. 4 Abalone Blotter Corner, natural dark patina and each is marked Tiffany Studios New York 1154. The bottom sides of these is very bright! 5.75" x 4.5" x 4.5"
4. Abalone Paper Clip is MISSING one of the caps. Please see that is only has one cap. It still functions fine. Marked inside Tiffany Studios New York 1165. 2.25" x 2"
5. Abalone Perpetual Calendar Frame has the original calendar paper. The glass is original, and beautiful natural and original patina. Stamped on back Tiffany Studios New York 1166. 6.5" x 6.75"
6. 2 Abalone Long Blotter Ends marked on the back Tiffany Studios New York 1152. Very bright backside that shows how beautiful these would be polished. 19.25" x 2.25"
7. Abalone Pen Wipe is in very good condition with natural patina and is marked on the bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1160. The pen wipe is original. 2.5" x 2.5" x 2"h
8. Abalone Pen Tray is in very good condition with a dark natural and original patina. Marked on the bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1159. 8.5" x 2.5"
9. 2 Abalone Notepad Holders that are each in very good condition with natural and original patina, and the original pads of paper are in them too. Each marked Tiffany Studios 1169 and each is 7.5" x 4.5"
10. 2 Abalone Book Ends that are highly desirable and uncommon to have the bookends remain as a pair. Remnants of a sticker inside one of them that will come off when the piece is cleaned. Oxidation on both bookends. Each marked on the bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1173. 5.5" x 5.5" x 5.5"
11. Abalone Ink Well has oxidation inside the cap on top. The glass ink well is intact, but it is stuck in place. I can not remove it, however it is in perfect condition. Very good condition with natural oxidation and original patina. Marked on the bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1157. 3.75" x 3.75" x 3"h
12. 2 Abalone Short Blotter Ends with natural oxidation and patina, very shiny on the back. Each is marked Tiffany Studios New York 1153. 12.25" x 2.25"
13. Rocker Blotter marked on the bottom Tiffany Studios New York 1164, with natural patina. 2.75" x 5.75" x 2"h
14. Tiffany Magnifying Glass in excellent condition and marked at the bottom of the handle Tiffany Studios 1178. The glass is in perfect condition, no chips or cracks. 4"dia x 9"
15. Tiffany Letter Opener that is MISSING 1 abalone on the handle. In excellent condition with natural patina and marked on the end of the handle Tiffany Studios New York 1163. 10" x 1"
