This is in excellent as it came from a railroad and railroadiana collector's estate in North Georgia where it was preserved and displayed. See in the photos in the lower right of the cover page there is very slight sign of wear, but the page has not been folded down like a dog ear. The pages inside appear to have never been turned, there is not damage or discoloring, and the book spine is intact.
