A gorgeous seascape and ocean scene painted in oil in the Impressionist style. This Mid Century Modern is a wonderful work of art with thick brush strokes that make you almost feel the waves crashing. There is a city off in the background in the upper right, and in the upper left, the oil painting is signed P Knox in the upper left and date 58 for 1958. This vintage midcentury modern ocean painting is from an estate of very fine artwork and pottery.
In excellent condition, no missing paint and the wooden frame in excellent condition. The paper on the back is ripped and torn in a few places but the panel is in excellent condition.
