Per her website homepage, which can be found by searching for her name, "My methods of working and my subjects are diverse, but I always aim to build and strengthen community ties with my illustrations, whether they be centered around shared experiences, identities, abilities or expressions of self. By reflecting upon my own physical disability, neurodivergence, mental health, queer identity, and various passions, I strive to create work that cultivates thought and empathy, and hopes to empower those who view the work that might relate to the themes I use in my illustrations."
Risograph printers are printers that come from Japan, initially made for commercial use. It is a long and not easy process! It involves switching out the ink drums for different colors, and each is applied more than once, in addition to other artistic steps!
