For the The Tale of Peter Rabbit Fans, I offer these 2 soft cover 1920s & 30s era large books…one is 13 x 9" and the other is 12 x 10". The first one features the artwork of Fern Bisel Peat, beloved illustrator from the early 1900s. This book was printed in 1931. Inside you will find great artwork of Peter getting in all kinds of trouble. The cover is detached and has some chips and loss but the inside pages are worthy to be framed to hang in a nursery!
The second book was copyrighted in 1920 by Sam'l Gabriel Sons & Co. and also has great artwork (unknown artist) along with the story created by Beatrix Potter years before. You will find Peter getting into trouble but will delight in the artwork on each page. This book also shows it's age but is still readable and worthy of framing some of the pictures. Or, perhaps you could creat a collage, transer the art onto cloth and make pillows, clothing or what have you! Timeless treasured story!!
