Here is a vintage metal gold tone brooch in the shape of a large bug! It's body is made of braided or criss crossed metal strips which encircle an inner glass body and his head also has narrow strips going in several directions to form a rounded head...not sure if this also has glass inside. He has 12 little legs and 2 antennae with diamond look heads...probably rhinestones. Please note: I am not a jewelry expert!! On his belly he is marked with the kramer of NY metal tag. He is about 2" long x 1 1/2" wide and is in excellent condition. He will not sting, bite or otherwise do damage to your wardrobe!
