This is the story told in verse of the Princess Bon Ami and her very clean castle, kept that way by her bunny friends through the use of the cleaner Bon Ami. Each page features a large illustration of the story (including a '20s roadster and the castle), as well as smaller inset illustrations of a cleaning lady dressed in clothing of the 1920s. The bunnies are send out to find the best cleaner in the world and after searching high and low, they determine the winner to be Bon Ami...it cleans everything without scratching!!! On their journey they find a little chick who has never yet scratched and invite him back to the castle to be introduced to the Princess. With her help, the chick becomes the mascot for the Bon Ami product forevermore. The artwork in this booklet is amazing...I love the bunnies, roadster and all the kitchen appliances that depict the 1920s. Book is about 7 1/2" x 5", has a soft cover and is in good overall condition...inside pages are bright and clean...cover has some expected marks due to handling mostly seen on the light areas of cover. Neat piece from 1926!
