Here is a nice old textile that can be used as a small table cover, a pillow cover or wall art. It depicts Asian scenes including flowers, trees, birds, people and more. Colors are muted browns, blues and reds surrounded by black silk fabric. The piece is about 19" square and is silk backed which does show some color transfer from the front. Nice overall condition...to use as a pillow cover, you will need to make an opening to insert a pillow. Often these pieces tell a story and though I am unfamiliar with exact stories, this is a serene and peaceful rendition.
