From the early 1900s, I offer this silver looking lady's necessary or purse that once held a cosmetic...perhaps, powder, perfume or make up. It's small size makes it a perfect "purse" for your favorite antique doll. It is only about 2" tall x 2" across bottom and has a 4" long chain. When opened, you will find 2 inset circles....one has a mirror with age marks and the other is presently empty. There are 2 words stamped into the side with the mirror...the second word is Silver...I can not read the first word. It has a closure at top and opens and closes fine. There is a striped design to the outside and displays nicely. Doll not for sale.
