Each album has 7 photos inside and were taken in the mid to late 1940s. The books are 6" x 3 1/4" with the photos a bit smaller. The children are seen in different everyday activities or stances ...at play, walking, in playpens, highchair, etc. reminiscent of the times. The last photo in one book shows a picture of the Shoe House located along Rt. 30 east of York, Pa. The house, shaped like a shoe was built by Haines, a shoe millionaire to promote his shoe store business in 1948...for more information on this house, just google Haines Shoe House near York Pa. Some photos are a bit over exposed but still acceptable.
