Here is a wonderful antique doll bonnet from the 1800's or early 1900's done in Indigo blue fabric. It is made with love and great detail with the inside of the brim lined just like a real lady's bonnet of old. There is lots of machine stitching up and over the brim. It also has an apron in back to protect one's neck from the sun and also a fabric piece across the top of the apron in back. There are two fabric ties to secure it if so desired...I show it with the ties hanging down. The inside front brim is 8" from ear to ear up over the front. Lying flat it is about 5" from very front to very back and is 5 1/4" long. In over all nice condition, it does have a few tiny holes in the back part that puffs outward. I'm sure some little girl was thrilled with it for her old dolly!! Shown on my old 16" tall china head who is offered in another listing and not included in this sale. Do you have a china head or antique rag doll who needs a bonnet?? Perfect!!
