Here is a collection of 7 plus (one has a papoose on back) American Indian dolls for your collection. Many are believed to be Carlson dolls, one has the Carlson label and another is labeled Japan. They range in size from 5" to 8". Most are plastic but the one from Japan is painted bisque. Several are wearing outfits made of leather with actual beadwork! The largest doll wears a red felt dress with Indian inspired designs on the front. She is having a bad hair day! There are 2 googly eyed Kewpie type with outstretched fingers...one has the Carlson tag and wears velvet clothes, leather shoes and holds a drum. The other googly one wears a brown 2 piece kid leather outfit and this doll rattles when shaken. There is a rip in leather on skirt front. The one with arms raised to the heavens is plastic and has a slight separation of plastic along one leg, not a break, just a seam pull. All in all, some very nice vintage dolls representing Native American Indians.
