For your consideration, I offer this nicely steel and glass beaded drawstring purse from the early 1900s. It has a light colored fabric background and rows of steel and iridescent glass beadwork attached to the bottom half. The top silk like fabric has a ribbon drawstring closure. The silk ribbon used to close it is shredding and could use replaced and a few areas at the very bottom have rusting beads...hardly noticeable. Purse is about 9" long and 6" wide. Very fashionable for a night on the town.
