Probably from the 1930s or 40s, I am offering this sweet little kit for learning how to do needlework. It comes to you "as found" in it's original paper lithographed box (11" x 7" box) featuring little girls learning to do needlework and make doll clothes. It has been used in past years but still has some threads, a wooden embroidery hoop and 10 patterns to complete...a few are already works in progress. Check out the sweet little doll dress patterns...there are several of these!! Display the box as you and your little one learns to stitch! The box shows some wear ( a water mark, perhaps a small tear?) but overall condition is good. Enjoy a piece of yesteryear when little girls were taught early on how to sew and make items useful in decorating and fashion!
