Here is a neat old Greiner Head doll for your collection. She is 28" long, has the labeled paper mache head and a cloth body, arms and legs. When I found her, she needed a trip to a doll hospital to repair a small crack in the back of her head. That repair has been made and a corset was added as well as a bit of stuffing to one arm. Otherwise, she is as found. Her head bears a partial Greiner head label which verifies her maker. It is a 58, Ext. 72 version...it also says a number but only a 5 remains...the rest is gone. The head and shoulder plate are about 6" tall. Her eyes are blue and she has a center part (flat top) styled hair with black curls surrounding her face. Her cloth body is in good condition overall with some marks here and there. I love her little leather hightop shoes enough to forgive the damage on the right one which has a few stitches. She is wearing clothes that were on her or with her when found except for the added corset. The clothing are worn, tattered in places and have marks. She is not perfect but in good condition for being over 130 years old. She has a hairline shoulder crack (about 1" long) and expected wear to face. She will look great with other antique dolls and looks forward to an appreciative adoptive mother!
