Absolutely adorable all bisque Kewpie doll, she has movable arms (they are loss but intact) blue wings as well as partial signature impressed on the bottom of her feet, I believe that she’s an O’Neill.
She come to me with the clothing she’s photographed in, but the silk is in tatters, they do date to the 1920’s, judging by the beautiful the gold thread trim. I took many photos please take a look at them and ask as many questions as you need.

Rose Cecil O'Neill (1874 – 1944) was an American illustrator, artist and writer who created the popular comic characters, Kewpies. After the growing popularity of O'Neill's Kewpie cartoons upon their publication in 1909, the characters were made into bisque dolls in 1912 by a German toy company, and later in composition material and celluloid. They were wildly popular and are considered to be one of the first mass-marketed toys in America.

Condition: there is a split in the fingers of one hand, and the clothing are in tatters as you can clearly see in the photos. Hands are loss.

Measurements: she stands 4 1/2” tall.
