This is an early 20th Century educational sliding board for children. Patented in 1912 and renewed twice, this is the board that was used during the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic when children were unable to attend school.

Item is in very good condition given its age and wear marks are plainly seen. The board has a farmlife theme with various animals around the border. Wooden letters and numbers are in great condition and the board is easily usable.
