The filagree accents paired with the teardrop red glass beads make this 1940s necklace a truly wearable piece. It measures 15 inches long and one could easily attach an extender. The center portion with all the beaded drops measures approximately 5 inches wide and 1 1/4 inches long in the center where the largest bead is attached. Each bead has a filigree bead topper, adding to the stylistic detail. The sidechains each have two red glass beads and two filagree oval sections mimicking those in the center part of the necklace. The clasp is original and works well and is unsigned. This piece has not been polished and there are minor variances in the gold tone coloration due to age.
