This stunning pendant dates to the 20th century and was created by Antoine Soustre Limoges. The pendant is made from a translucent enamel which allows for stunning detail. It is further enhanced by luminescent foil accents and gold gilding. The pendant features a finely painted profile portrait of a young lady wearing a purple hat and green top. The background is a beautiful rich red. It is prong set. The setting is gold with beautiful cut out detailing. The pendant is signed on the back, A.S Limoges 32. We think the 32 might signify the year it was made, possibly 1932. The chain is not gold. The necklace weighs 3.5 grams and is 15 inches long. The pendant measures 20 x 16 mm.
