This stunning 1950s cocktail dress is created in a heavy gold lame with a slight green hue. The lining of the bodice is a cream acetate. The bodice of the dress features a large portrait style shawl collar with a straight panel insert and 3/4 length sleeves. The skirt is full and gathered, falling from the natural waist. It is about tea length. There is a wide waistband at the natural waist. There is a 3.5 inch hemline in the skirt that can be let out for added length, if desired. There is a concealed metal zipper up the side of the dress. There is some pulling in the seam of the left arm connecting to the bodice. The last photo shows the pulling. The collar covers the pulling for the most part. The measurements are as follows: Bust: 38 inches, Waist:28 inches, Hips: Full Total Length: 44 inches.
