Created in the 1950s, vintage cocktail dress is beautifully constructed. It is made from a beautiful pink toned floral lace layered over an acetate lining of the same pink tone. The bodice features a semi pleated v-cut neckline in the front and an exaggerated low v-cut neckline in the back. The sleeves are capped, giving this dress a sweet look. The A-line skirt falls from the faux empire waistline, which is decorated with an attached pink satin band an a front flat bow. The skirt is tea length and has a matching pink stain band which wraps around the skirt about halfway down the length of the skirt. There is a semi-attached pink petticoat which gives the skirt fullness. There is a concealed metal zipper in the back of the dress. There is a very small smudge in the satin band on the bodice. The measurements are as follows: Bust: 39 inches, Waist: 30 inches, Hips: Full, Length: 48 inches. Please take a moment to review all of the photos and check out the rest of the pieces in my shop. I add items frequently.
