A Scottish "Luckenbooth" was traditionally given as a wedding gift, but is also considered a lucky piece protecting the wearer from evil, as well as easing the pain of childbirth. This one has two hearts intertwined with a crown on top. One heart is all etched, and the other is smooth. The signature on the back reads "M" Sterling Scottish Iona and I think "CA" in the cartouche on the right side. It measures 2 inches long and weighs .3 ounces. The clasp is just a C-clasp with no winding mechanism.
