This adorable vintage day dress was designed in the 1950's by A New Deb Frock, and is made from a 100% soft cotton in pink and white gingham print. The strapless boned bodice is lined in acetate and features a straight neckline with a 2" fold at the top. The fold has an eyelet design and scalloped edging that is repeated throughout the dress. The bodice is also accentuated with 3 additional bands of eyelet detailing from the bust to the drop waist. The full skirt is also lined in acetate and includes an additional lining of tulle for added fullness. The skirt features 9 tiers of ruffles with the same eyelet detail and scalloped edging as seen in the bodice. The tiered skirt begins begin at the drop waistline. There is a concealed metal zipper in the back and hook n'eye enclosure. There has been a very small repair on one of the scalloped edges of one of the ruffles and a bit of staining or discoloration in the lining, which can be seen only slightly through the eyelets. The measurements are as follows: Bust: 38 inches, Waist: 33 inches, Hips: Full, Length: 40 inches.
