Created in the 1980s by Constance Saunders for Richard Warren, this absolutely fabulous vintage cocktail dress is constructed in a matte black jersey fabric in the bodice. It is lined with an acetate fabric. The skirt is an organdy fabric that is encrusted with sparkly black sequins. There is also an acetate lining in the skirt. The bodice is a sleeveless halter style and features a v-cut neckline in the front, created from a gathered knit jersey. The jersey wraps around the neck with a hook n'eye closure in the back. There are two straps, also created from the matte black jersey. They fall asymmetrically from the back of the neck to the low straight back. The sequin encrusted skirt falls from the natural waist. There is a semi-attached knit jersey belt that accentuates the waist of the dress. It features a double crescent rhinestone encrusted buckle in the center. There may be several missing sequins on the skirt, which are not noticeable when worn. They can, however, be replaced if desired. The measurements are as follows: Bust: 34 inches, Waist: 30 inches, Hips: 42 inches, Length: 41 inches. Please take a moment to review all of the photos prior to purchase.
