We love this vintage 1940s sterling silver faux pearl and emerald brooch. This 1 7/8" brooch is two-tone sterling and marked "sterling" on the back of one of the spokes/petals. There is also a "C" marking on the tip of the same spoke/petal. The center faux pearl measures 14 mm and has some yellowish coloring. In between every silver spoke is a faux emerald held in place by two rhinestones. Each silver spoke is topped off with a single rhinestone, and the center pearl is surrounded by rhinestones. All of the stones are securely set. There is a bit of light cracking on the faux pearl that is visible only in certain lights. The weight of this piece is 20.3 grams. The clasp works well. This pin would be great on a denim jacket or a basic t-shirt. Please view photos prior to purchasing, and check out our other signed brooches for sale.
