This marigold carnival bowl is made of milk glass. It is an Imperial piece from the 1910's or 20's. The pattern on this bowl is floral and optic. The orange marigold finish is striking against the white milk glass. On the exterior the marigold coating is in good condition except for one chipped spot in the floral band. This small white spot could probably be covered up with an orange marker if desired. The color on the interior is worn leaving the white glass showing through. This bowl stands on 3 short feet. 2 of these feet have chips on the bottom. Overall this is still a beautiful floral and optic bowl. It is uncommon in marigold treated milk glass and is a nice piece to use and/or display.
