Decorator plate with handpainted ribbon and flowers

This attractive decorative plate features a design of flowers and ribbons. In the center. The border alternates sections of cross hatching with sections that have 2 flowers and a butterfly. The design is incised and handpainted. The surface of the center of the plate is not completely smooth. Running a finger along it I can feel slight unevenness and looking closely there is a slight waviness to the surface. This unique plate does have some minor flaws. There is a tiny knick on the edge. There is also another little chip, this one in a dark part of the edge, which has been colored to blend in. Neither of these is noticeable unless inspecting the plate closely. The center surface is crazed and there is one spot of loss next to the bow on the left side. On the right side there is a thin spot in the applied surface that the design is incised into. A hairline, or craze line, can be seen on the back of the plate but is not visible on the front. All of this things are minor and do not show when the plate is being displayed. Please review the pictures closely to get the best idea of condition. There is a mark on the bottom but it is blurred and the maker is illegible. I can make out that this plate is for decoration only and not to be used with food. Overall this is a beautiful piece to display alone or as part of a collection.
