François-Laurent Sauvageot (Nancy, 1910 - 2002), French painter of portraits, landscapes and seascapes. Trained at the École des beaux-arts in Nancy, he exhibited regularly at the Salon de Paris from 1938.
Oil on canvas representing the church of Saint-Martin de Vareilles (Burgundy, France). This painting was exhibited at the Salon d'Hiver, Paris in 1947.
