The coffee pot, tea pot, sugar and creamer are all marked “ZEE WO” and date from approximately 1900. The two handled tray is marked C & J CO. Shanghai and dates from the same time period, circa 1900. The overall dragon decoration is finally executed and the condition and patina are excellent and original. The coffee/tea service weighs in at 1736 g (55.8 Troy ounces) and the tray weighs 1772 g (57 Troy ounces) for a total combined weight of 112.8 Troy ounces. This set is a fine example of Chinese export silver from the early 20th century and is both graceful and substantial.
