This is a gorgeous gold four footed Limoges jardinière with gold handles decorated in a lovely fall motif. This piece is predominately orange with greenery, nuts, and fall foilage; it is a large and heavy piece which measures 15” handle to handle, has an opening of 9”, is 10” tall from the bottom of a foot to the top of a handle. On the bottom of the jardinière (as seen in one of the photos) is written in gold paint, New England China Shop, 168 Tremont Street, Boston. It also has the Limoges B&C mark on the bottom painted over it which stands for Bernardaud & Co., c. 1900-1914. The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. What a fantastic piece this would be for your Limoges porcelain collection!
