PAYMENTS TERMS
In our store we try to offer low prices to our customers. We prefer to be paid by bank transfer, but if for security reasons or otherwise the customer prefers to pay with paypal we also accept this type of payment; in this case we will add 3% paypal fees.

LAYAWAY TERMS
Please do not create a purchase order until a layaway agreement has been reached for a purchase.

Layaway is now available for any item over $250.00 (200€). Please contact if you prefer layaway for my items until $250 (200€).
Prices are firm on all layaways.
Domestic layaways must be paid monthly with PayPal or other.
Layaway is possible for my doll´s until 6 month ( depending on the price of the doll ). Please inquire before purchasing, thank you . Monthly payments are to be made in a timely manner. Sorry but there are no money refunds on layaway dolls and my shop items under any circumstances, however, I will be glad to issue a Store Credit for any future purchase on dolls or other items on my Ruby-Lane shop until the next three month.
If a Layaway Client misses one consecutive months of payments, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway contract.

Layaways are risk and interest free. Remember, layaway payments are non-refundable, once a payment plan has been established.

Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. We ship domestically and internationally. YOU the buyer must ask for insurance before making the payment (first installment if layaway). If not requested, it will be considered refused. If you would like us to ship your item without insurance YOU the buyer assume responsibility if it is lost, stolen, or otherwise damaged.
