A vintage lacquered wooden plaque or wall hanging painted by the Great Master Francisco Coronel Navarro. Olinala ca. 1980
Francisco Coronel is well known for his wonderful painting and designs on lacquer wear. He is a multi award winner and has been featured in the Great Masters of Mexican folk art book. His work is admired and collected throughout the world.

In very good vintage condition; there is a small area approx 1/2 inch of chipping to the surface in the bottom left corner and a tiny chip to the side edge also. One or two other minor marks - overall very nice and displays well.
Measures just under 10 inches square x 1 and 2/8 inches high.
