I love these antique frames. Once you start buying these French frames, or the English Silver ones, you are ruined from buying new ones. This one has my favorite bow motif at the top, It has glass, and it measures 5 and 1/2 have inches North to South, from the top of the bow, and 4 and 3/4 inches East to West. The cut out for the photo measures 4 and 1/8 by 4 and 1/8. This frame is in excellent condition, though it does look like someone has very cleverly reinforced the back with another piece and a newer easel. There are no dents, and it is circa 1900.
