I fell in love with these Victorian Earrings (circa 1860) the moment I saw them. They are crafted with unmarked but tested 15 carat yellow gold, and contain and nice size rectangular topaz in each earring. The topaz are a beautiful pinkish, or sherry color. I hesitate to call them pink topaz , but the color is much closer to pink that the traditional orange color. Both of them together weigh 3.4 grams, and each earring measures 1 and /8 inches long, and just under 1/2 an inch wide. They are in excellent condition, and are so lovely and unique. Note: I have taken two main photos. I am in Florida at present, where the light is really bright. I darkened the main photo a little, but left the one from the bright light also. The color of the stones will look a little different in different lighting conditions.
