It rare to find pieces this early, but it can be done in London. This ring is circa 1450, and it's in amazing shape. It's a silver (sterling, unmarked but tested) band with a charming heart on the front. It could be polished with a polishing cloth, but I have chosen to leave it the way it is at purchase. As the shank is chased, I would not want to see it sized, but a sizing band could be added, or it could even be worn on a silver chain as a pendant. It's wonderful to find and/or own, such an early piece of history in such good shape. The band is 3/8 of an inch wide, and the ring weighs 2.3 grams. The ring is a size 8 and 1/2 to 8 and 3/4.
