Silver and Enamel Cross, Arts and Crafts, 1890Silver and Enamel Cross, Arts and Crafts, 1890Silver and Enamel Cross, Arts and Crafts, 1890Silver and Enamel Cross, Arts and Crafts, 1890

This is a lovely Arts and Crafts Cross. It is fashioned of silver (unmarked but tested sterling) and lovely blue, green, and red enamel. The red enamel almost looks like a stone. This piece really caught my eye. Enameling is a time consuming process, and we don't see a lot of it done today. This cross is circa 1890, and it measures 2 and 7/8 inches long, and 1 and 1/4 inch wide, and it weighs 7.2 grams. It is in excellent condition with no enamel loss.
