These are two very interesting glass items. When I bought these cornucopia shaped pieces, I was told that they were limousine bud vases. Later, a bottle collector told me he thought they were very early whiskey flasks. They are larger than any of the bud vases I have seen, and they do have glass attachments with holes through which a leather thong could be knoted, The bottle collector told me this was done, and the flasks were carried over the shoulder. One of the pieces is more of a lilac color than the other. There are no chips or cracks to either piece. They measure 8 inches North to South down to the curved tip, and the curve itself measures about 3 inches. They are 8 inches in diameter at the widest place.
