I am calling this beautiful perfume bottle, with stopper, cut glass. That's what it looks like and feels like to me, though I am not a cut glass expert. The bottle is in excellent condition, with no chips or chiggers, and the the rim or neck of the bottle is sterling silver. The marks are present, and declare that the silver is British Sterling, minted in Birmingham in 1902, by the maker "AWP." The bottle, including stopper, measures 4 inches tall, and the base measures 1 and 3/4 inches in diameter.
