This is quite an interesting memorial, mourning ring, and one the likes of which I've never seen before. It is a black enamel band in wonderful shape for its age, and then, on top, is a square cut yellow stone which may either be a foiled citrine, or could well just be glass. The gold lettering on the band reads "Mary Knight," ob 17th May, 1760 AE 55. The ring is gold, though I'm not sure of the weight as there is no marking on the inside of the band. The stone measures 1/4 of an inch East to West, and about the same North to South. The ring is a size 7 and 1/4 to 1/2, and could only be sized with a sizer to make it a little smaller.
Gender: Unisex, Age Group: Adult, Color: black and Gold, Size: 7 and 1/4
