These are the very difficult to find Queen Anne Earrings. They are circa 1740, but they can be found and are often in quite good shape. These are black glass and pinchbeck, and it's hard to believe that they are nearly 300 years old. Each earring has 2 large faceted black stones and two smaller ones. The backs are original, and the earrings are in very good condition. They measure 1 and /8 inches North to South and 1 inch wide. These would be a wonderful addition to any early jewelry collection. Note: Please excuse the shadows on the back of the earrings. There is no discoloration; the black is very shiny and reflects the light.
