This is a nice, Victorian, Circa 1840, gold cased watch fob/seal. Gold cased means it is like gold filled, though these early cases pieces often test as gold. It has a lovely intaglio in a bloodstone, which is a Forget-Me-Not. The piece is 3/4 of an inch tall, and it weighs 3.3 grams. It's a lovely piece to hang on a watch chain, or a charm bracelet.
