This is a wonderful, morocco (red) box, with a sterling silver top decorated with the famed Reynolds' angels. The box is in very good condition. There is a spit on one corner, but the box is tight, and the corner is secure. The top of the box is silver, and its hallmarks declare that it is British sterling, minted in Birmingham, in the year 1905, by the maker BP and DC. The box looks as though it may have been for nibs (dip pen points). It measures 4 and 1/2 inches East to West, and 2 inches North to South. It is 1 inch deep.
