This is a beautiful, pink lustre, dessert dish or berry bowl, with an early likeness of the young Queen Victoria and Prince Albert, along with one child, so I would guess it to be circa 1840-50. It is in excellent condition, and the colors are still very bright. There are no chips at all on the front; there is one small chigger on the rim on the bottom, which does not detract because it can not be seen from the front. The bowl measures 5 and 3/8 inches in diameter.
